Shipping & Returns

All customized apparel orders are FINAL SALE

Returns and Exchanges are permitted on non-customized apparel orders and are only accepted in person during booth hours at the event site. No returns will be accepted after the event date(s) have passed. No returns or exchanges are permitted on customized items or orders for shipment.

Exchanges are only permitted on unwashed, unworn and non-customized orders
and must be made in person during the event/tournament at the
RushTeamApparel booth.

Order Issues: If you find an issue with your order please inform a staff member at our booth right away. If you believe there is a quality issue with your garment after the event has passed and your order was placed in the last 90 days, please email orders@rushteamapparel.com to initiate an investigation on your order issues. Upon investigation, if our team identifies a manufacturing defect or quality issue on your order we will provide a prepaid shipping label to correct or exchange your product.

Changes or Modifications to orders: Due to the custom nature of our products we are unable to guarantee any changes or modifications on pre-orders, mobile order or shipping orders after order submission. For errors made on mobile orders, our team will do our best to correct issues after orders have been processed. For shipping orders or pre orders please email orders@rushteamapparel.com and we will do our best to make changes prior to production.

Shipping Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products all orders for shipment placed in person at the Rush Team Apparel booth will process in 10-14 business days following the completion of the event. Under Armour, Nike, Brooks and other name brand items may take up to 4 weeks to ship depending on product availability from the manufacturers.

Orders placed for shipment online via mobile ordering or at www.rushteamapparel.com will process for shipment in 10-20 business days following the completion of the event. Rush Team Apparel will not be held liable for any issues in shipment due to incorrect shipping address or any lost shipments. The customer is responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost or undeliverable shipments directly with the shipping company.

If you fail to pick up your order on-site please email
orders@rushteamapparel.com with the first and last name your order was
placed under. A shipping fee will be requested prior to shipment.

All orders ship USPS Ground Advantage. PO Boxes are acceptable delivery locations.
